Ingredients
- 170 g GF flour blend
- 1.7 tsp baking powder
- 1.7 eggs
- 212.5 ml milk
- 2.55 tbsp butter, melted
- 340 g bacon
- 5.1 eggs (scrambled)
- 212.5 g mixed fresh berries
Instructions

Whisk flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, and butter into a batter.

Cook in a waffle iron until golden and crispy.

Fry bacon until crispy. Scramble remaining eggs in butter.
