Ingredients

  • 170 g GF flour blend
  • 1.7 tsp baking powder
  • 1.7 eggs
  • 212.5 ml milk
  • 2.55 tbsp butter, melted
  • 340 g bacon
  • 5.1 eggs (scrambled)
  • 212.5 g mixed fresh berries

Instructions

    Whisk flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, and butter into a batter.

    Cook in a waffle iron until golden and crispy.

    Fry bacon until crispy. Scramble remaining eggs in butter.

    Serve waffles with bacon, eggs, and berries.
