Ingredients

  • 6.8 slices GF bread
  • 3.4 eggs
  • 85 ml milk
  • 0.85 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.85 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.7 tbsp butter
  • 212.5 g turkey sausage
  • Fresh berries and maple syrup

Instructions

    Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.

    Dip bread slices in egg mixture, coating both sides.

    Fry in butter 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

    Cook sausages alongside. Serve with berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
