French Toast Dinner
GF bread dipped in egg, cinnamon, and served with turkey sausage

Ingredients
- 6.8 slices GF bread
- 3.4 eggs
- 85 ml milk
- 0.85 tsp cinnamon
- 0.85 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.7 tbsp butter
- 212.5 g turkey sausage
- Fresh berries and maple syrup
Instructions

Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Dip bread slices in egg mixture, coating both sides.

Fry in butter 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
