Ingredients
- 0.85 kg chicken thighs
- 2.55 carrots, sliced
- 2.55 celery stalks, sliced
- 0.85 onion, diced
- 3.4 garlic cloves
- 0.85 litre chicken broth
- 255 g GF rice noodles
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Place chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and broth in slow cooker.

Cook on low 7 hours or high 4 hours.

Remove chicken, shred, return to pot.

Cook noodles separately per package. Add to soup and serve with parsley.
