Ingredients

  • Leftover pulled pork
  • 255 g white rice
  • 2.55 carrots, roasted
  • 1.7 parsnips, roasted
  • 1.7 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro

    Cook rice per instructions.

    Toss carrots and parsnips with oil and salt. Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes.

    Reheat pulled pork gently.
