Ingredients
- Leftover pulled pork
- 255 g white rice
- 2.55 carrots, roasted
- 1.7 parsnips, roasted
- 1.7 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions

Cook rice per instructions.

Toss carrots and parsnips with oil and salt. Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes.
