Pulled Pork Slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 1.27 kg pork shoulder
- 1.7 onions, sliced
- 3.4 garlic cloves
- 1.7 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.85 tsp cumin
- 0.85 tbsp olive oil
- 170 ml chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Rub pork with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Sear in oil in a hot pan all over, about 8 minutes total.

Place onions and garlic in slow cooker. Add pork and broth.

Cook on low 8 hours or high 4–5 hours. Shred with two forks before serving.
