Spaghetti & Meatballs
GF pasta with herb-infused meatballs in marinara sauce

Ingredients
- 340 g GF spaghetti
- 340 g ground beef
- 0.85 egg
- 1.7 garlic cloves
- 0.85 tsp dried oregano
- 2 x 400g canned tomatoes
- 1.7 tbsp tomato paste
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper

Mix beef, egg, garlic, oregano, salt. Roll into 16 balls. Brown in oil 5 minutes.

Remove meatballs. Fry garlic in same pan, add tomatoes and paste, simmer 15 minutes.

Return meatballs, simmer 10 more minutes.

Cook pasta, serve with meatballs and sauce, topped with fresh basil.
