Ingredients

  • 680 g beef chuck, cubed
  • 2.55 carrots, chopped
  • 2.55 potatoes, cubed
  • 1.7 celery stalks, sliced
  • 0.85 onion
  • 3.4 garlic cloves
  • 425 ml beef broth
  • 1.7 tbsp tomato paste
  • 0.85 tsp thyme
  • 1.7 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Brown beef in batches in hot oil. Set aside.

    Cook onion, garlic, and celery. Add tomato paste and cook 2 minutes.

    Return beef. Add carrots, potatoes, broth, and thyme.

    Simmer covered 1.5 hours. Season and serve.
