Ingredients
- 680 g beef chuck, cubed
- 2.55 carrots, chopped
- 2.55 potatoes, cubed
- 1.7 celery stalks, sliced
- 0.85 onion
- 3.4 garlic cloves
- 425 ml beef broth
- 1.7 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.85 tsp thyme
- 1.7 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Brown beef in batches in hot oil. Set aside.

Cook onion, garlic, and celery. Add tomato paste and cook 2 minutes.

Return beef. Add carrots, potatoes, broth, and thyme.

Simmer covered 1.5 hours. Season and serve.
