Ingredients

  • 340 g cooked rice (day-old)
  • 340 g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2.55 eggs
  • 170 g peas (frozen)
  • 2.55 garlic cloves
  • 2.55 tbsp GF soy sauce
  • 1.7 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1.7 spring onions

Instructions

    Heat sesame oil in a wok. Fry garlic 30 seconds.

    Push to one side, scramble eggs. Add peas and stir-fry 2 minutes.

    Add rice and chicken, breaking up clumps.

    Pour over soy sauce, toss everything. Top with spring onions.
