Ingredients
- 340 g cooked rice (day-old)
- 340 g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2.55 eggs
- 170 g peas (frozen)
- 2.55 garlic cloves
- 2.55 tbsp GF soy sauce
- 1.7 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.7 spring onions
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a wok. Fry garlic 30 seconds.

Push to one side, scramble eggs. Add peas and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Add rice and chicken, breaking up clumps.

Pour over soy sauce, toss everything. Top with spring onions.
