Ingredients

  • 510 g ground beef
  • 3.4 GF burger buns
  • 0.85 kg potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 0.85 egg
  • 0.85 onion, grated
  • 1.7 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments

Instructions

    Toss potato wedges with oil, paprika, salt. Roast at 220°C for 35 minutes.

    Mix beef, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties.

    Cook patties in a hot pan 4 minutes per side for medium.

    Assemble burgers and serve with fries.
