Ingredients
- Leftover lentil curry
- 255 g quinoa
- 1.7 carrots, roasted
- 0.85 sweet potato, cubed and roasted
- Fresh cilantro and lime
Instructions

Roast carrot and sweet potato at 200°C with oil and salt for 25 minutes.
