Creamy Shrimp Pasta
GF pasta with plump shrimp in white wine and garlic sauce

Ingredients
- 340 g gluten-free pasta
- 510 g shrimp, peeled
- 3.4 garlic cloves
- 127.5 ml white wine
- 170 ml heavy cream
- 1.7 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley
- Salt, pepper, and lemon
Instructions

Cook pasta per instructions. Reserve pasta water.

Melt butter, fry garlic 1 minute. Add shrimp 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp.

Deglaze with white wine, reduce by half. Add cream, simmer 3 minutes.

Return shrimp, toss with pasta and parsley. Add pasta water to loosen.
