Vietnamese Pork Lettuce Wraps

Seasoned ground pork in crisp lettuce with lime and mint

Ingredients

  • 425 g ground pork
  • 0.85 head romaine lettuce
  • 2.55 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.7 tbsp GF soy sauce
  • 0.85 tbsp sesame oil
  • 0.85 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Fresh mint and cilantro
  • 1.7 limes
  • 0.85 carrot, julienned

Instructions

    Brown pork in a hot pan with garlic, breaking up as it cooks.

    Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Cook 2 more minutes.

    Wash and separate lettuce leaves to use as cups.

    Spoon pork into lettuce cups. Top with carrot, mint, cilantro, and lime juice.
