Ginger Salmon with Bok Choy
Pan-seared salmon in ginger sauce with steamed greens

Ingredients
- 3.4 salmon fillets (600 g)
- 3.4 heads bok choy, halved
- 2.55 tbsp GF soy sauce
- 1.7 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.85 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1.7 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.85 tbsp honey
- 0.85 tbsp rice vinegar

Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and rice vinegar for sauce.

Heat sesame oil in pan. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside.

Stir-fry bok choy in same pan 2–3 minutes.

Return salmon, pour sauce over, cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.
