Beef Stir-Fry Noodles

GF rice noodles with sliced beef, mushrooms, and garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 340 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 255 g GF rice noodles
  • 340 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3.4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2.55 tbsp GF soy sauce
  • 0.85 tbsp sesame oil
  • 0.85 tsp cornstarch
  • 1.7 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1.7 spring onions

Instructions

    Soak noodles in boiling water per package. Drain and set aside.

    Toss beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry in hot oil 2 minutes. Remove.

    Stir-fry mushrooms and garlic 3 minutes. Add remaining soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Return beef and noodles, toss everything together. Top with spring onions.
