Pan-Roasted Chicken with Herbs
Juicy chicken thighs with rosemary, lemon, and garlic

Ingredients
- 0.85 kg chicken thighs
- 3.4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.7 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 0.85 lemon, sliced
- 1.7 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Heat oil in an ovenproof pan. Sear chicken skin-side down 5 minutes until golden.

Flip, add lemon slices and rosemary. Transfer pan to oven.

Roast 25 minutes until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
💡Tips
- Searing before roasting gives the skin incredible crispness.
